In addition to flexible and efficient office spaces, it incorporates inclusive areas dedicated to social interaction. Working environments alternate with spaces for collaboration, creativity and innovation. The building, consisting of three overlapping and staggered volumes, rises 65 meters high and spans 13 floors, freeing up ground-level space for a large 8,500-square-meter park designed by landscape architect Antonio Perazzi. On the ground floor, in addition to the lobby and meeting rooms, there is a 200-seat auditorium.
The central volume, which corresponds to the seventh and eighth floors, concentrates shared functions and communal spaces, visually emphasizing—even from the outside—the area dedicated to human interaction. This space houses the company restaurant, the café, training areas, and a panoramic terrace. A natural green curtain runs along the entire perimeter of this large space dedicated to communal activities, creating a continuous flow of greenery between the interior and exterior—a fundamental element in defining the quality of the environments. 
This concept provides office facilities that are no longer limited to work spaces, but designed to generate added value, strengthen connections and foster a sense of inclusion in the community. Sustainability Certifications: LEED Gold, WELL Gold.
