Silk-Faw Production Complex

The essential volume of the factory stands out against the landscape, surrounded by the test track, and incorporates the style centre, the beating heart of the complex. From here an organic volume is generated that acts as a link between the rectangular volumes and the result is a free and continuous form that seeks to establish a new dialogue between the natural environment, functional and transitional spaces. Maximum transparency, large glass surfaces create an interpenetration between nature and the built environment capable of generating attractiveness.
Inside the sinuously shaped volume are the innovation centre, start-up area, coworking, laboratories, training and educational spaces that develop towards the multifunctional space of the Teatro-Studio. Commercial spaces, retail, food & beverage, reception and welcoming area, on the other hand, find their natural location in the centre of the project, in the direction of the tower building that houses the Hotel.
The project goes beyond conventional work spaces and artificial environments in the direction of an open and innovative ecosystem capable of combining technological development and sustainability.
