Palazzo Restellini

The different sizes of the flats range from studios to four-room apartments. Each flat is characterised by at least one large terrace, bright spaces and spacious living and sleeping areas. The aim is to ensure quality space even for flats with smaller sizes. The four façades are characterised by large windows, balconies and loggias that create a strong interaction between the private and public spheres. Surrounded by a large green area, part of which is destined for public use, a pedestrian walkway accompanied by greenery is planned, creating a connection with the city’s historic centre.
