Laurentina Office Complex

The articulation of the plant creates gaps within the lot filled with trees that become an integral part of the work spaces. The center of gravity of the shape corresponds to the access point and the main axis of vertical connection between the rooms, allowing the building to be divided to ensure functional independence for each element. The entrance lobby is central to the building and connects the public part to the north with the more private part to the south, circumscribed between the building and the new urban park, guaranteeing entry to the compartment from all sides of the lot.The required surface was divided into five floors above ground and two underground. The ground floor, with a net height of 6 meters, houses the main common functions – an entrance hall, an auditorium, training rooms, event rooms, coworking spaces and a company nursery. The four upper floors, with a net height of 3 meters, are entirely dedicated to offices. The top two floors have terraces which, being directly connected to the main vertical connection axis, can be used both as a real expansion of the office layout and as part of the common functions of the building for events and / or courses and outdoor sports activities.
