M89 Hotel

Situato al civico 89 di via Mecenate, M89 Hotel si affaccia sui capannoni della ex fabbrica Caproni, ora Gucci Hub. All’esterno, la struttura ricettiva rievoca la sagoma degli ex fabbricati industriali: il piano terra, caratterizzato da un’ampia vetrata schermata da una griglia metallica, ne prosegue idealmente il fronte permeabile su strada; la copertura che riprende invece il sistema a shed in chiave contemporanea e arretra per lasciare spazio a una terrazza delimitata da vetrate a tutta altezza.

Una facciata intonacata di colore grigio antracite con aperture alternate a seconda dei piani definisce invece le 55 camere: il design degli interni conferma il carattere essenziale dell’involucro, lineare e giocato su un contrasto tra il grigio antracite, il bianco e il verde e l’essenza di noce.
