Piuarch signs a new urban redevelopment project in Piazzale Zavattari in Milan, in the area between San Siro and City Life. Ivory is an example of efficient, innovative and technological requalification of a 1950s building, which aims to ensure the highest standards of sustainability and user comfort. The project, managed by COIMA, will lead a regeneration of about 14,000 sqm area on 12 floors, with about 1,400 sqm of panoramic terraces, as well as multifunctional and retail spaces.
