The building chosen by the Kering group as its new Milan headquarters is the result of a redevelopment of via Mecenate 91 complex, which is structured starting from the purpose of tracing a new architectural identity in the district of the Eastern suburbs of Milan. In addition, it contributes to improving accessibility, energy performance and the relationship with the urban surrounding, preserving the volume and structure of the existing building, enhanced to break the uniformity of the surfaces.
A single heterogeneous volume which generates a dynamic district dedicated to business, thanks to the immediate proximity of the former Caproni factory than transformed into the Gucci Hub, always recovered by Piuarch commissioned by Kering.
The office complex is spread over a total area of 10,000 square meters and is divided into a T-shape. Completely redesigned in the envelope and internal distribution, the interiors are now more flexible to accommodate different functions and spaces on each floor. Each of the eight office levels has a total extension of 1,000 square meters, which can therefore be used entirely or, on the contrary, divided. Inside the workstations are organized in correspondence of the facade, to enjoy the best of natural light.
On the ground floor are located the reception, meeting rooms and an accommodation area with a bar; in the basement there are parking lots. On top of the roof, a backward volume welcomes events and overlooks an open terrace with greenery. The terrace is available to the whole complex and together with the functions of the ground floor, it expands the range of services.

Materials and textures that create different surfaces and aesthetics.
Minimal, industrial, but at the same time sophisticated lines enhance the urban context in which the building fits, while giving an elegant aesthetic thanks to the mirrored facade.
