Piuarch is looking for 1 secretary to join its team in its Milan studio.
The resource will be in charge of front and back office management with a particular focus on reception duties, as well as partners’ personal assistant activity.
Other duties:
• travel management and business trip organization (purchasing flights / trains, hotel accommodation);
• supervision and arrangement of meeting rooms and management of their reservations;
• general secretarial activities such as: mailing, stationery check, online purchase and subscription management, office system maintenance management, document binding, document writing on headed paper;
• organization of workstations for new collaborators.
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Previous role experience
• Fluent English
• Milan based
